Nic De Sombre is a Danish Indie artist, self taught multi-instrumentalist, arranger and producer. This constantly evolving singer-songwriter, through his vintage spirited music and soulful voice, invites you to the sweetest and darkest facets of the Human experience, aligned with his values and authenticity. Ethics

How can we change what is not acceptable in this world, how can we have a good impact, how can we reclaim our power when we sometimes feel so powerless, how can we help and act ?

Simply by showing solidarity, refusing to be complicit even indirectly and by embracing an ethical lifestyle.

As artists/ singer songwriters, we use our voice through our songs but It is not limited to that, It cannot be.

As Humans, we can choose to live in denial and look the other way when barbaric acts are exposed or we can decide to fight that, fight any form of injustice, abuse, cruelty, discrimination, apartheid, dehumanization and enslavement.

Shopping ethically, demonstrating, supporting organizations / causes, educating ourselves through books and independent sources , expanding our knowledge, being aware of what the money we spend finances and goes to, all that may seem like a drop in the ocean but it is not.

In fact, It is the only way to create a better place for ALL and a real long term change, the only way to give back a meaning to the word “ Humanity" and not lose our soul.

For Humans, for other species, for the Earth, It is time to reclaim your (our) power and do what is right and I hope this section will be helpful in the process.

Using the app “No Thanks” helps you when you want to know what the product is connected to. You scan the product's barcode and the app tells you if it is safe buy. Using the app is a good way to secure that you do not support companies that are supporting genocide.

Ahmed Bashbash is the developer of the app.

Born and raised in Gaza, he moved to Hungary on a scholarship to study computer science engineering and created the app after the killing of his brother during an israeli bombing that hit four buildings.

We need to know where our money goes if we refuse to be complicit in any way with war crimes, genocide, apartheid and illegal settlements and if we refuse to support companies that trade with supremacists and criminals.

Shopping ethically has an impact and is a powerful act that anyone with a conscience and values should consider.
